Ordering From JPMC
Ordering To place an order you just need to add the desired items to your cart and fill out the necessary information required, including payment method and shipping method. If there is any problem with the parts you have chosen or the information you have provided, do not hesitate to contact us, and a sales representative will assist you to resolve the issue.
Payment Methods We accept payments online via VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. When paying with your credit card, please provide your billing address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file. Incorrect information may cause a delay in order processing. We do not accept international credit card payments. For large volume purchase and overseas transaction, we respect money order or wire transfer. We also accept purchase orders from companies who already have an established account with JPMC. Sales tax is applicable to California residents only.
Shipping Our normal processing time is 24-72 hours (weekday). We will email the customer the tracking number promptly after shipping. If any particular item is out of stock, we will be responsible for informing the customer about the status, and placing the item on back order, or arranging an alternate item.
Price Protection/Matching Policy JPMC updates prices on a regular basis, and our prices are independent of other retailer's prices. We sell our products near cost. All prices remain final. JPMC does not offer price protection or matching, in order to keep overhead to a minimum, and continue to offer the best overall initial prices.
Disclaimer JPMC reserves the right to adjust prices and information for all products. Changes may occur due to errors, fluctuating market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisement. JPMC will not be held responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. JPMC also reserves the right to refuse any order deemed inappropriate.
Order Cancellation/Modification Please call during our business hours (9 AM - 5 PM PST) to change or cancel the order. All processes must be done before the order has been shipped out. JPMC will only accept all change or cancellation requests by phone, and will ignore any email request in terms of security reasons. There is a 5% processing fee for any order cancellation.
Online Products Return Policies Returns will not be accepted without any valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (please refer to RMA Number to learn more). 7 days from the date the merchandise is received, exchange and refund are available for most products. Exchange and return are still acceptable, but there will be a 15% restocking fee after 7 days, within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, within the warranty period, replacement is the only available option. All return must be in 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include all the original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, we will reject the entire return, or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
RMA Number A return is not acceptable without any valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call us at (626) 839-5633, or email to rma@jpmccom.com to obtain an RMA Number. RMA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.
RMA Replacement JPMC will pay the replacement shipping back to customers via insured ground service. However, if the product sent back from customer is functioning under normal conditions with no defects found, the customer will be charged for the shipping fee should the customer wish to keep the item. If the customer does not wish to have the non-defective returned product shipped back, the 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Ship and Insure Your Return Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product. We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. This is for your PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” JPMC shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and is non-refundable.
Warranty Our products are covered under our standard 1-year warranty, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our warranty may be returned within 30-days of receipt date for exchange or refund, or repaired/replaced within 1-year.
Physical Damage Policy Physical damage to any product purchased from us will effectively void our warranty coverage.

International Order Terms and Conditions International order must meet the following terms and conditions: Minimum order must be US$500 or more Payment method is by Wired Transfer only. There will be a US$35 wired transfer fee. We do not accept international credit card, bank draft or money order. Shipping method is by UPS International or FedEx International. We will not be responsible for any international shipping charges, import duties and taxes, and insurance occurred. Warranty is 1-year warranty for repair/replacement only. |
